Immediate Resource Needs for Engineering Signoffs and Recovery Layouts by Year-End

As we approach the end of the year, there are critical immediate resource needs to support current engineering projects. Specifically, we require the assistance of 2 mechanical engineers (MEs) experienced in door surrounds and an additional ME with frame installation expertise. Current staffing levels will not suffice to meet the planned release schedules. There are updates needed for Everett tracking logs, and we've missed several red line dates. Addressing these resource gaps is essential to ensure project completion and alignment with deadlines.
