Tournament Background & History • 2008 will mark the 30th year of the tournament (formerly Bay Hill Invitational) • Mr. Palmer’s event has evolved into one of the finest events on the PGA TOUR with a long list of great champions • Annually attracts one of the best fields in all of golf (Tiger Woods, Ernie Els, Vijay Singh (defending Champion), Retief Goosen) • Presenting Sponsor – MasterCard • Associate Sponsors – UBS Hertz

Event Exposure • Over 150 credentialed media (local, national and international) • National television coverage (The Golf Channel and NBC) • Wonderful community support in Orlando and the regional area • Over 120,000 spectators attend during the week • “The” sporting event in Orlando, marking the kickoff to spring

  3. Arnold Palmer Medical Center Foundation • Portion of tournament proceeds benefit the Arnold Palmer Medical Center Foundation • New Winnie Palmer Hospital opened in June 2006

  6. Associate Sponsorship BenefitsHospitality • A 40’ x 40’ clear span hospitality tent located in Hospitality Village adjacent to the #9 fairway of the Bay Hill Championship course. The tent will accommodate 100 guests per day. Private restroom facilities included behind tent. Sponsor will receive 100 admissions per day and 8 staff badges. Catering service is available to provide food, beverages and snacks. Television, telephone line and DSL line also included. • An elevated skybox overlooking the 18th finishing hole. This exclusive seating is for 20 sponsor guests per day, 80 guests for the week, including all grounds and skybox credentials.

Associate Sponsorship BenefitsTournament Week Events • Sunday: • Draw Party for Monday’s Pro-Am tournament for 12 sponsor guests • Monday: • 6 playing spots in the Monday Pro-Am tournament (gift package for each player included) • Monday Pro-Am Awards Luncheon for 12 sponsor guests • Welcoming Cocktail Party and Sponsor Reception at the Bay Hill Club for 20 sponsor guests • Tuesday: • Personalized golf instruction by PGA Professionals for 20 sponsor guests. • 8 playing spots in the VIP golf outing hosted by Arnold Palmer (at the Isleworth C.C. in Orlando) • 8 invitations to the Past Champions Dinner hosted by Arnold Palmer • Draw Party for Wednesday’s Pro-Am at Bay Hill Club for 12 sponsor guest • Wednesday: • 6 playing spots in the Wednesday Pro-Am tournament (gift package for each player included) • Wednesday Pro-Am Awards Dinner for 12 sponsor guests

  8. Associate Sponsorship BenefitsTelevision • 4 – 30 second commercial spots (2 on Saturday, 2 on Sunday) to appear on NBC during tournament telecast • 2 Sponsor Billboards (1 per day) during telecast on NBC Saturday and Sunday

Associate Sponsorship BenefitsAdditional • Sponsor Outing (practice round) for 12 players at the Bay Hill Club preceding the Invitational (date to be determined by tournament) • Accommodations during tournament week will include six (6) double rooms, Sunday night thru the following Saturday night with checkout on Sunday • One Corporate Membership (four individuals) to the Bay Hill Club & Lodge Sponsorship Fee: $750,000
