This stability and support establishes the conditions for the growing prosperity of the Somali people. The Somali nation included as a respected member of the community of nations. Establish Security and Protection Set conditions for long term security; and engage in peace process; transition responsibility to UN forces after 6 months; seek to undermine and separate insurgent groups leading to reconciliation and reintegration. The affected Somalis to be assisted in handling humanitarian challenges as well as disengaging belligerent parties ultimately motivating leadership and the populace to to bring back peace in the country Two Decades of continued uncertainty, unrest and humanitarian crisis Develop Stability and Governance Embed governance and rule of law as the foundation of stability and rebuilding Somali institutions Saving Lives building resilience to prevent future crisis Advocate for humanitarian access. Provide basic social services (water, health services, education, protection).
