  2. VSI System • VSI is an abbreviation for "Vapor Sequential Injection". • Most advanced vapor injection system available on the market. • Available in an LPG as well as a CNG version and is also suitable for the latest generation Direct Injection engines. • Performance comparable to gasoline. • Optimized for emission and cost reduction. • Fully integrated by way of a "master - slave" method with the vehicle ECU, making it OBD compatible. • Meets OEM quality levels and standards. • Available for LPG and CNG configurations. • Easy installation of the components due to the compact design. • Dedicated diagnostic software is unique and enables fine tuning the VSI system for optimal performance and emission reduction. • LPG or CNG many different tank options available.

Keihin OEM injector and rail • OEM quality injectors, performance and long durability guaranteed (290 million cycles) • 6 different injector sizes for engine capacities from 9 hp to 60hp per cylinder. • Light weight and compact. • Uncomplicated fitting. • Assembled and leak tested at factory prior to shipping. • 2, 3, 4 or 5 cylinder assemblies.

ECU – Electronic Control Unit • 3 versions available for 4, 8 and 10 cylinder engine configurations. • Measuring of the engine signals, gasoline-injectors, rpm, O2 sensors and coolant temp. • Complete control of the solenoids, injectors and cut off the gasoline-injectors, ECU injector driver capability up to 10 cylinders. • Constant monitoring of the injector diagnostics:    - Overload    - Driver temperature    - Short circuit    - No load • Software for diagnostics. • Complete wiring harness: color coded, with text and numbers for simple and efficient installation.

Filter unit • Compact lightweight design with single or dual outlets • 100% tested after assembly • Fitted with 10-micron dry gas filter, protecting the fine tolerance of the injectors, from pollutants in the gas • Combined gas temperature and pressure sensor  • Filter replacement duration. Special glass fiber filter material. First replacement after 15,000 miles and subsequently every 60,000 miles.

  8. Fuel Switch • The fuel switch used by the VSI-system controls the following functions: - Fuel choice. - Monitoring the fuel level. - Reporting errors. • Dash mounted for monitoring and with in easy reach for the driver. • LED and audible indicators communicate to the driver
