From a by-gone time, the Inn consists of three early 1900 homes featuring 13 luxury guest suites at the end of a quiet cull-de-sac in the heart of downtown San Antonio.   3. Location, Location, Location! We are an all inclusive wedding venue offering both ceremonies and receptions on the beautiful San Antonio Riverwalk. We can accommodate 2-125 guests. All ceremonies are outside on the banks of the Riverwalk. Book Your Wedding

  4. Wake up with San Antonio Cuisine Breakfast is offered in the main house dining room from 8:30am to 9:30am each morning. We serve a full, made to order breakfast with juice, coffee, and tea. The menu changes daily and may include such items as: crunchy French Toast fried in coconut oil, San Antonio quiche with a corn meal crust (gluten - free), omelettes made to order, Migas, bacon, rosemary skin-on potatoes, huevos rancheros, seasonal fresh fruit and more. We are happy to accommodate your special dietary needs or preferences with prior notice. We use fresh, organic, non-GMO and mainly healthy ingredients. Breakfast Menu

  6. The Main House Rates from $169 and Up This lovely room features a queen bed and a sitting area with a table for two. The private full bath has a gorgeous tile large shower and pedestal sink. A small fridge is located in the main room, there is a quaint wardrobe cabinet big enough for all your belongings. The best part is the direct access to the second floor shared balcony overlooking the Riverwalk and downtown San Antonio.

  7. The Main House Rates from $139 and Up This quaint 2nd floor suite features two small rooms, and a private bath with a large tile shower and pedestal sink. The first room has a queen bed and opens to a 2nd room with a twin bed and a wardrobe cabinet. Both are bright, sunny, and inviting. Whether it is just the two of you or you are traveling with a companion, you will find this room very convenient.

  8. The Main House Rates from $139 and Up This is a first floor suite inside our Main House, conveniently located near the main entrance, front desk, and dining area. There is a queen bed, two twin beds, and a private bath, with a gorgeous tile shower and pedestal sink. The vintage wardrobe cabinet is big enough for your things. Enjoy the front porch or the patio seating and take in the fantastic views just outside your door!

  9. The Main House Rates from $169 and Up This popular second floor room offers easy access to the shared balcony overlooking the Riverwalk and downtown San Antonio. Perfect for a quiet, romantic getaway. In addition, just steps from the queen bed is a full private bath with a combination whirlpool and shower. The large closet will hold all of your things sealed with sliding full-length mirrored doors.

The Main House Rates from $169 and Up This escape for two is located on the second floor of the Main House just high enough to afford you great views of the Riverwalk and downtown San Antonio from the shared balcony. Just steps from your queen bed is the private full bath with a combination whirlpool and shower with a pedestal sink. The large closet will hold all of your things and has full length dressing mirrors. This room is perfect for honeymoons, anniversaries or the business traveler!

This beautiful room is perfect for staying with friends or traveling with kids or on business. This room features beautiful views of the Riverwalk through any one of its large 6 windows. It also has a queen bed and 1 twin in an adjacent alcove. The private bath has a beautiful tile shower and pedestal sink. The wardrobe cabinet is big enough for all your belongings. Just outside is a comfy porch and outdoor seating for anytime use.

The private full bath features a gorgeous tile shower and pedestal sink. There is plenty of storage for your belongings. After you settle in come outside and enjoy the fabulous views of the Riverwalk from the nearby porches and patios.

The private balcony affords fantastic views of the Riverwalk, the cityscape and the night sky. The perfect spot for a romantic evening or morning coffee. The additional space of the room makes for a large sitting area and features a beautiful king bed. The full private bath features a beautiful whirlpool with shower and pedestal sink. This suite is on the third floor of the Main House but is definitely worth the extra stairs! The romantic feel, luxury, unparalleled views, make the Penthouse the ultimate sanctuary for the most special stay!

  14. The Cottage House Rates from $179 and Up This Cottage House suite features a striking front porch with seating that runs the length of the house, and offers fantastic views of the Riverwalk. What a perfect place to enjoy morning coffee or a glass of wine. This suite features previous owner Scott Kiltoff, #1 Champion Bull Rider, photos and gear on the walls, a queen Murphy style bed, as well as a twin daybed with a pullout/ popup trundle bed, large wardrobe cabinet, antiques and a full private bath that has a jetted tub with a shower and pedestal sink.The parking lot, and the Main House where the dining room and front desk are located is just right across the street.

The Cottage House Rates from $179 and up This suite is located right across from the main house in a one story American Craftsman home referred to as “the cottage.” It has a wrap around porch the overlooks the River Walk. It is a very private, quiet room. It features a striking front porch with seating that runs the length of the house, and offers fantastic views of the Riverwalk. What a perfect place to enjoy morning coffee or a glass of wine. The parking lot, and main house where the dining room and front desk are located is just right across the street. Inside, this room features a king bed, large wardrobe cabinet, antiques and a newly renovated private bath that has a jetted tub with a shower and pedestal sink. This room is the ideal escape.

  16. The Cottage House Rates from $179 and Up This quiet room is just across the street from the main house, in a beautiful Victorian referred to as “The Cottage House”. Outside your door is a porch stretching the length of the building with seating and fantastic views of the city and the Riverwalk. This room includes a queen bed, and a generous wardrobe cabinet. Enjoy the full private bath which features a jetted tub with shower and sink with vanity.

  18. The Mockingbird Suite Rates from $139 and Up This quiet, secluded hideaway is very spacious and romantic. It has quaint angled ceilings and is located on the second floor of the owners home. Your private entrance is just across the street from the parking lot and the main house containing the front desk and dining room. The room features a king size bed, a twin bed, and a private bath and shower with a private balcony. After you settle in, come to the main house and take in the fantastic views from the porches and patio.
