Insurance Samadhan Insurance Samadhan is a mission of three Life Insurance Professionals who strongly believe in the business of Life Insurance and want to build a forum to fight for the just and ethical causes of Insurance holders. Insurance Samadhan provides a platform to represent genuine clients who feel cheated while claiming life insurance. Get your insurance claim settled now ! On the basis of a 30 years association, we strongly believe that IRDA and Insurance Companies want to help genuine Policy Holders but somehow the cases are not well represented due to a lack of knowledge / technical terminology and guidance. Though the Insurance Business is Fiduciary in nature and IRDA supports ethical practices but somehow the red tape and ignorance leaves the customer totally dissatisfied.

We would represent them with Insurance Companies / Consumer Forums / IRDA / Ombudsman so that their problem is resolved. We would use a method HELP: H: Hear E: Empathize with the problem L: List down the action plan and act P: Problem Resolution Why Us Why Insurance Samadhan, when the regulator IRDA has provided enough protection to Policy Holders? There is the IGMS of IRDA, ombudsman, consumer forums, courts but Policy Holders remain at sea in approaching such bodies provided by the Regulator. As insurance professionals, we meet many policyholders and prospects who keep sharing their problems with various Insurance Companies. Due to such perceptions, the Insurance Industry and its professionals do not receive the reception and respect which they deserve. Why such dissatisfaction? The fault lies with both the Sellers as well as the Customers. Sellers do not explain in detail and customers do not ask much. We at Insurance Samadhan are trying to address this problem and gap. We would understand the problem, evaluate the same with our technical understanding then represent the case to the right bodies provided by IRDA.
