  7. intelBUILD provide complete Structural Designing Services The latest software packages such as ETABS, SAFE, sap 2000 & STAAD.Pro are using to Analysis and Designing the structure. The structures have analyse by both Statically as well as dynamically with proper checks and load combinations. The Designing procedure is carried out with clients requirement in terms of code of practice. Codes specifications are strictly followed to get satisfactory results. Safety, Economy and Architecture friendly structure with modern implementations are our prime target while designing. We are following the below code of practice for designing the structures; Design Codes • AISC • ACI • British Codes. • Euro Codes. • IS Codes(Indian Codes).

  8. In Structural Detailing we follow the standard details as suggested by codes and specification with latest software packages such as CAD & Tekla. RCC Detailing; The detail drawings of RCC buildings drafts on RC CAD which contain design details of; • Foundations such as Pile foundation & pile cap detail, Raft Foundation, Isolated footings etc. • Column, Beam details, Shear wall, Water tank, Flat slab, Transfer girder, Transfer slab etc. The detail drawing contain Plan, Section, Elevation, Part sections etc. The working drawing which issued for construction have high proficiency and accuracy with double check by checkers to ovoid site error. • The basic Manual follows for detailing for American as well as British projects are below; ACI Detailing Manual-2004 Publication SP-66 (04) Which includes - Detailing of Concrete reinforcement (ACI 315-99) - Manual of Structural and Placing drawings for reinforced concrete structures (ACI 315R-04)

Steel Detailing; The Detailing for steel structure which contain general arrangement drawing, Fabrication drawing & Erection drawing etc. The general arrangement drawing is mainly contain Plan, Section & Elevations of the structure which defines the dimensional realization from which we can get the Length Width & Height of the building. Fabrication drawings contain piece drawing of structural members, Bolted and welded connections including part mark, its weight & member property details. Our Detailing team has Modellers, Detailers and Checkers for the detailingon TEKLA Structure. The working drawings which issued for construction have high proficiency and accuracy with double check by checkers to ovoid site error. • The basic Manual follows for detailing for American as well as British projects are below; - AISC Manuals, Specifications & AWS for bolted and welded details respectively. - European Union (CEN) standards for detailing, Bolted and welded connections use for British projects.
