Her primary school was Montrose Primary School Her high school was Mount LilydaleMercy College Born on the 10/1/95 Hannah works at Target and is head of community programs of her old high school She has travelled to Italy Info Hannahistheeldest of3.   3. SpecialCousin Hannah is my oldest cousin on my mums side. She has always taken a special interest in my life. Last year she finished year 12. She was one of 10 students at her school nominated for an excellence award. This award is given to people who make an outstanding contribution to their school.

  4. Hannah was the leader of the Social Justice Program. She had to organise fundraising activities to help groups in Australia that are less fortunate than us. She did this very successfully as well as her year12 study's. Despite having a liver disease that makes her very tired. Good fundraiser

  5. Courage: Even though Hannah lives with a chronic illness she bravely keeps going. She sat through her year 12 exams not feeling well. Understanding and courage Understanding: Hannah is able to understand how different people feel. In her fundraising work she showed understanding toward those less fortunate.

  6. Kindness and modesty Kindness: Hannah spends a lot of her time doing things for people. If she is busy and I’m visiting she still makes an effort to talk to me. When she did community service at an aged care place she was the favorite! Modesty: Although Hannah has talents in many areas she never boasts about it. Just a few things she never tells people- she can play the violin well, she can draw amazing pictures and make anything from bits and pieces

  7. Love Hannah shows love and concern for all of her family and friends. She is affectionate towards everyone. She has made me some beautiful cards that show her love.

  8. HANNAH IS THE BEST COUSIN EVER AND DEFINITELY A SPIRIT FILLED PERSON!
