    2. Introducción La regresión lineal simple, supone que la relación entre la variables X e Y es lineal. ¿Qué sucede si la relación es no lineal? El coeficiente de determinación será bajo. La prueba F resultará no significativa. Las estimaciones serán imprecisas. ¿Cómo relacionamos las variables X e Y? Usando ecuaciones que permitan modelar relaciones no lineales.
