Hajj for Children If a child has reached the age of awareness but has not yet reached adolescence and his father or guardian wants to take him for Hajj, it is their duty to teach the child about every ritual of Hajj. Ibn ‘Abbaas narrated that the Prophet (PBUH) said: “Any child who does Hajj then reaches puberty, he must do Hajj again.”

Hajj Visa Requirements • Visa will not be granted to any applicant who is under 18 years of age, unless accompanied by the family. • Documented proof of legal residence status is required if you are a non-citizen of the country you are applying from. • One recent passport size colored photograph with white background. Make sure you are facing the camera straight while taking the picture as side or angled views are not accepted.
