  2. Methodology From December 8 thru 12, EPIC ▪ MRA conducted interviews with 300 qualified respondents in the Blissfield Community Schools District. A pool of district-wide telephone numbers was created, from which a stratified sample was randomly drawn. A random digit dialing technique was also employed. The results have a margin of error of ±5.7% within a 95% degree of confidence. Blissfield Community Schools December 2008/January 2009

In addition, an on-line survey was made available to district residents beginning on December 15th and closing on January 9th. 136 respondents chose to participate in this opportunity. The results, though unscientific, tend to follow the same patterns and trends as the telephone survey, albeit with less support for both the district and the proposals.
