  2. kayal restaurant a extremely popular sea-food started to lose it’s customer base. WHY? customers came to Kayal to celebrate special occasions; they wanted the restaurant to make them feel special to create a memorable experience HOW? good FOOD, nice AMBIENCE, excellent SERIVCE

  3. to create ‘the’ experience through design • interpreting the theme • the concept of the water and its movement to create the paths of movement • to bring in vibrancy • water changes colour, incorporating this change of colour in the design to create vibrance • contemporary look • materials, furniture , light …………..design elements which define style
