Enhancements in Care: Your Feedback Leads to Improved Services

At IRIS Ward, 100% of our service users rated the care and support as "excellent" or "good." We value your feedback and have made significant changes as a result. The activity room is now more accessible, open from 7 am to 10 pm, seven days a week. To enhance privacy, we've repurposed a larger review room. Additionally, in partnership with Taylor Ward, we've opened a new gym to support your fitness needs. We're committed to listening and adapting to your feedback. For more information, please speak to our staff or call PALS at (01925) 664450.
