What We Do • We provide the facilities to capture gas at the farm, upgrade it, and move it to utility pipelines • Each location receives a custom design and technology that maximizes returns • We handle everything from permitting to pipeline at our expense • We sell high quality biogas plus the earned carbon credits – and share the profits!

The Opportunity • BioEnergy Solutions has a long term contract with PG&E to supply high quality biogas, and is negotiating offtake agreements with other utilities. • We also have contracts with private buyers. • Clean, renewable energy sources are in tremendous demand. California has a BioEnergy Action Plan and the Governor has required 20% of utility power to come from renewable sources.

  6. Work Together… • Multiple farms can be linked together with benefits for all. Aggregating farms improves the financial performance, and allows us to develop projects at medium-sized and potentially smaller dairies in addition to the large, state-of-the-art dairies.

  16. The Dairy Farmer’s Role • Works with us as we build to the farmer’s existing infrastructure, management and style • Animals provide manure to the digester • Share in the proceeds from sale of biogas, electricity and carbon credits • Nothing more!

  17. The California Market The San Joaquin Valley: 1,592,000 cows on 1,517 dairies in the Valley! For every 100,000 milking cows, we will produce 6 million cubic feet of natural gas every day… naturally.
