  2. What can the International Horticulture Congress offer? The 28th IHC Lisboa 2010 is very pleased to host the Final Workshop of COST Action 863 The COST Action Final Workshop can be one of the symposia integrated in the Congress!

With: • Exclusive meeting room with the possibility of Poster display in a nearby area. • Oral sessions and poster exhibition during 2 to 4 days, depending on the number of contributions. • Publication of the contributions in Acta Horticulturae. • Possibility to choose the convener. Complementarily it is possible to have a small team of editors (2 to 3). • COST delegates can pay the congress registration fee at ISHS member price. As congress participant they will have full access to all Congress activities. To be submitted to the approval of the Executive Committee.

  4. And more: • The inclusion of the COST in a broader Congress will allow a larger discussion of all the research been done all over the world. • Portugal is a low price country. The hotels have a good relation quality-price, mainly in August. • Technical tour in Portugal and Spain visiting the main production areas. To be submitted to the approval of the Executive Committee.
