ISONE Markets Committee Motion • The Markets Committee will draft procedures for Cold Weather Event Operations to ensure that reliability is not compromised and markets are not disrupted during a Cold Weather Event. Specifically, the procedures dealing with notification times, time of market closing, triggers for determining a CWA, cancellation of a CWA, and posting of market data should be drafted.

ISONE LICAP Filing • The normal times for the DA Energy Market bid and offer deadlines, the posting of DA EM results and the initial Resource Adequacy Assessment process shall be rolled back to earlier time periods during the peak winter months of December, January and February such that the results of the DA EM and initial RAA are available by a target completion time of 10:30 a.m. for the day prior to the electric Operating Day. The DA EM will normally be cleared and posted within four hours of the deadline for submitting DA EM bids and offers.
