  1. Steps to Troubleshoot Kaspersky Anti-Virus Installation Problems Installing Anti-Virus can often be a little painful.   2. Check to see if the install was successful but script timed out before verification After a failed install check the end point for the avp.exe process and the Kaspersky Service. Sometimes the install script will time out and show a failure when the install was actually successful.
