  2. INTRODUCTION Lord Krishna is the 8th incarnation of Lord Vishnu. He is known by 108 names. During the battle of Mahabharata, he gave Arjuna the immortal spiritual discourse of the Bhagavad Gita and reminded him about his duties and gave lessons to all mankind.

  4. 108 names of Lord Krishna Lord Krishna has 108 names. Some of his most popular names are Shyam, Mukunda, Govind, Devkinandan, Hari, Banke Bihari, Vasudeva, etc. These names are mostly based upon his deeds, his virtue and his lifestyle.

Queen Gandhari Cursed Lord Krishna After the battle of kurukshetra, Krishna approached Gandhari to show his condolences, she revengefully cursed him that he and his Yadu dynasty will perish in 36 years from today. After the war was over, he himself contemplating the end of Yadav race. So, when Gandhari cursed him, he thanks her for solving his problem.

  8. Lord Krishna gave life to Guru Sandipani Muni’s dead son When Lord Krishna asked Guru Sandipani about Guru Dakshina. He replied him by asking to bring back his dead son. Krishna and Balaram took a trip to the place where Guru’s son had been caught by devil. They took his body to the god of death and asked for restoring him back to life.
