Out of Hours flu protocol for care homes The London ‘Care Closer to Home’ team has developed a new out of hours pathway for residents who present with influenza like symptoms The team is aware that care home residents are at increased risk of contracting flu and are putting this pathway in place to contain outbreaks hlp.carecloser2home@nhs.net
