Current methods of tracking employment are expensive, time consuming and ineffective – exit surveys before graduation and then reliance on self-report alumni profiles AACSB standards have changed to emphasize assessment of actual impacts of programs. There are 54 million people with college degrees in the US, but universities have no idea how to contact about 65% of them.
