Born in May 1997, Crescere con l'Impresa APQ represents professional and managerial staff across Italy and abroad. Focused on maintaining and developing competencies, it organizes training courses and seminars on critical themes such as European Society, Corporate Social Responsibility, and Lifelong Learning. Affiliated with CISL and EUROCADRES, APQ actively participates in European social dialogue and supports negotiation for professionals. Emphasizing gender equality and solidarity, APQ cooperates with humanitarian organizations and promotes outplacement initiatives to aid professionals re-entering the labor market.

Crescere con l’impresa APQ was born on may 1997 APQ represents, in Italy and abroad, professional and managerial staff from all branches, employees and autonomous. APQ is strictly involved in the maintaining and developing of their professional competencies; has services for them and organises training courses and seminars for them, to develop some themes of particularly interest (i.e. European Society, Corporate Social Responsibility, Longlife Learning, etc.). APQ is CISL and EUROCADRES affiliated. EUROCADRES is the European P&M association: Participates at the European level in social dialogue and collective bargaining Supports professionals and managers organisations which operate in a variety of structures through Europe
Crescere con l’impresa APQ favours gender equality, dialogue among people; it promotes aimed solidarity projects through a direct cooperation with the humanitarian organisations. APQpromotes participation at workplace, the social and economic conducting, supports negotiation as a protection form of professionals and improvement of quality at work. The Association cooperates to the definition of the agreements' requests and to the negotiation phases, together with categories responsible for agreements. The Association works together with a consultant society in Italy (CROSS) in order to promote employment for P&MS, who are out of the labour market and promoting the “outplacement”. Training is one of the most important activities.
