Ron Lyttle's innovative plan seeks to achieve human-powered flight while fostering a community around cycling and flight-related activities.   2. Ron Lyttle's business plan to achieve human powered flight easily, and to operate the extra businesses that would harmonize with the goal of flight.

  3. A list of functions the corporation would perform. Bicycle repair, building, sales and research. A rest and restore area with bathrooms Maintain wash facilities for bicycles. A area to be loaned for community events. The walls and stage are for Artists to display/perform their work (no alcohol). Maintain accessibility for all. Maintain many web cameras, people's friends might be there. Work with multimedia schools, guest editors/camerapeople etc. Maintain an exhaustive school to help all cyclists. Maintain research for low cost/heavy load HPV's Maintain research projects for limited mobility people. Maintain research for human powered flight.

  4. Current Assets One workstation worth of tools. One webcam. The domain name; www.webkastbicycles.com Quite valuable knowledge of cycling and flight. 51 months of living off my own business, experience. Has a S1C code for previous business recognizing the scientific research and experimental development conducted there in 1995.

  5. Current Liabilities The CEO has suffered mental injuries. Fifteen years have gone by since last research conducted. Research can be slow to pay off. House debt, basement debt, small personal debt. A lawyer might try claim rights to one of my designs. (We had a clear oral agreement, although not on paper.)

  6. Asset Requirements A very large ,lit,unobstructed work area. Tools, materials,time to work. Appropiate licenses. Counter clerk, Mechanic/research assistant. Good Webcams, computer code author, servers paid. Teachers of cycling.
