Conseguenze • La produzione di ricchezza è ormai intimamente legata alla produzione dei rischi; • L’accresciuta consapevolezza dei rischi non si accompagna ad una capacità di controllo altrettanto sviluppata; • Il diffondersi della consapevolezza può ingenerare angoscia oppure rassegnata assuefazione; • In ogni caso, una nuova coscienza comincia ad emergere: dobbiamo imparare ad affrontare l’incertezza.
