High Level Implementation Timeline • Business Case • Unmet Need • Value Proposition Discovery Compound Annotation Service • Projected Shared Project Costs ~$xxx,xxxx[Project Analyst, meetings, socialisation, service implementation] • Estimated value for the industry of implementing this project is TBD • Improved models will provide savings in terms of number of compounds made and reduced project timescales • Pharmaceutical companies generate compounds and progress them through Lead Identification and Lead Optimization processes. • Oftentimes, discovery scientists desire to label or annotate specific compounds with observations made during these processes for purposes of sharing with team members. • Annotations on compounds, if persisted in databases, are discoverable and subject to legal scrutiny (i.e., our lawyers want to control the vocabulary). • Create a database of allowed (and/or disallowed) terms to be used as annotations or labels on discovery compounds compiled from a cross-pharma analysis. • Make database available to commercial companies and research groups for inclusion into externally hosted or in-house services. • Provide discovery relevant and legally compliant annotations.
