H+P • 59 yo male with multiple admissions for CHF (EF<20%) has noted progressive arm swelling for 6 months. Symptomatic relief with compression dressings • PMH: L coracoid fracture 11/06 with mild brachial plexus injury, BiV ICD placement 10/05, DM, CAD • Exam: palpable brachial/radial/ulnar pulses, equal BP both arms, 3+ edema L arm, no bruits
