  1. SHOW ME THE WAY....

  2. When the cause of a social phenomenon is not understood, the wrong solution and method of approach is adopted which automatically results in a worse situation. when youths do not have the adequate training, formal skill, education and the likes to get employed in this highly competitive world; there is automatically no place for them. The formula then becomes: Get yourself equipped = Get a place in the world of employment Show youths the way and you’ll see them finding a place. In the presence of a need and the absence of a suitable end, the needed material is often improvised. If the youths cannot get employed due to many factors such as the rapid evolution of the industrial world, why not create jobs and show them the way? It’s high time youths begin to fish for themselves and stop buying fishes caught by others. According to Robert T. Kiyosaki – author of “Rich dad, Poor dad” ‘A child may graduate with excellent grades, but have a poor programming and mindset. Whatever a person becomes is learnt while growing up as a young child.’

  3. A lot of young people are springing out of schools into an unknown world with unlimited possibilities as the phenomenon of globalization has and is still taking the world to a whole new level. Just as an unborn child knows not what he is in for, so does the average youth of today…

  4. Just as a baby is cared for and taught what to do, so are youths to be groomed via educational structures put in place. They need to be taught and shown the way things work in the context of employment…

  5. Schools focus on scholastic and professional skill. A child’s brain being receptive can assimilate, process and save all that will be taught him/her in preparation for the labour world. Catch them while they are young…

  6. Youths have unlimited ingenuityand capabilities. Their capacity can only be enhanced when adequate structures are put in place to educate them on the suitable methods of approach towards employment. It’s time things change. When a change is desired, simply change your method of approach… Newapproach= Newresult

  7. When they are being shown the way, the true ability of the youth is made manifest. At this stage, we’ll begin to see the youth become economic catalysts and a potent force in the labour/production sector. Hence, the youths become creators of job opportunities , thereby pacing the way for many others to come…

  8. After being shown the way and a different approach is adopted, the youth becomes a fulfilled adult. A real agent or owner of productive force and director of employment. At this level, the youth has grown from the various stages of evolution and training to a stable platform. Even in the face of economic downturns, the proper investments of the youth will speak on his behalf; because he has been shown the way to go. Every youth will have a smiling face and the rate of youth unemployment would have definitely reduced.

  9. IN CONCLUSION, The distinction between employment and unemployment is gradually losing much of its meaning as young people move in and out of the informal sector, where neither term has any real relevance. For what is the hope of the future if the future is not secured and provided for? Therefore, providing young people with opportunities to learn through work and providing more effective structures to upgrade their skills before they enter the labour force will produce a positive change and turnaround in the labour world. This is a process that will birth the outstanding result the world has been waiting for: the leaders of tomorrow, the hope of a better world full of unlimited opportunities in all areas and sectors of life.
