  2. IEEE also stands for • Strsengthen the individuals. • Strengthen the IEEE chapter • Strengthen the College/ DU and its community. • This according to me is the vision and long term direction.

  3. A Leader succeeds, • By enabling team members to succeed • Who are your team members? Committee, members, potential members- Director, nearby community!

Each one of us has a take-away from this Leadership workshop.. our own thoughts.. as to… in which way have I led ?;;Do I have the urge to practice what I know and, also experiment with other leadership –practices? • Mind over matter.. a meaning : The Olympic runners play beyond mere physical capacity.
