The KCMO Metropolitan Community Colleges offer an Intrusive Tutoring/Advising Model designed to enhance student success through targeted assessment and support. The program evaluates student expectations and aligns them with academic goals. Students receive referrals to additional services, complete enrollment forms, and undergo assessments in digital literacy, academic skills, and soft/hard skills. With ongoing support through Learning Express Library Software and biweekly follow-ups on certifications, students are guided towards successful degree completion and career readiness.
