Child Care Project Junior: Collaborative Path to Addressing Student Needs

The Child Care Project Junior is an initiative focused on enhancing child care services based on student and faculty feedback. Our team, including Travis Zachmann, Emily Anderson, Lea Ann Fjelstad, and others, held multiple meetings to identify needs in our campus community. We established a plan of action, conducted a thorough needs assessment, and revamped our survey to gather more insightful data. With discussions on Montessori methods and service improvements, our goal is to design a center that effectively meets the demands of students and staff.
