Welcome to ICAI’s e-Sahaayata platform where you can submit your queries, complaints, or grievances easily. Select your identification and region, choose the activity and problem type, enter details, and submit. Receive a confirmation message or email, and check status online.   1. Welcome to I C A I ’s “e-Sahaayataa”

  2. Click the First Option(Post your Query/Complaint/Grievance)

  3. Select your identification from the Drop Box

  4. Select the concerned Region/Committee/Department from the Drop Box

  5. Select the concerned Region/Committee/Department from the Drop Box

  6. Select the concerned Region/Committee/Department from the Drop Box

  7. Select the concerned Region/Committee/Department from the Drop Box

  8. Select the desired Activity & the type of Problem from the Drop Box

  9. For assistance in selecting the desired Activity & the type of Problem click on the hyperlink [?]

  10. Select the desired Activity & the type of Problem from the list

  11. Enter your details and submit the Query/ Complaint/Grievance.

  12. After submission, a confirmatory message will appear on the screen in case of a non member

  13. In case of a non member, a mail will drop in your INBOX. Click on the url to Validate and Generate Request number

  14. When your Query/Complaint/Grievance is resolved an auto e-mail will drop in your INBOX

  15. Click on second option tocheck the status of your Query/Complaint/Grievance
