  4. On a personal level, how do you feel about meetings?

  5. The daily team meeting: basic components

  6. The Daily team Meeting • Vitally important to the ACT process. Assures open communication between all team members. • Resist the temptation to cancel the Daily Team Meeting • The ACT Team Leader facilitates the meeting. • Client Review = Consumers announced one at a time, allowing time for team members to report any contact since the last team meeting, and to update the team on the individual’s status. • Planning for the day = Client Weekly Schedule Cards & Daily Staff Schedule

  7. Make productive use of the time • If a consumer deserves a more in-depth discussion than usual, that might require a special staff meeting for that case • Keep focused on most recent contact with the consumer, current condition of the consumer, and next contact with the consumer • For a skilled ACT Team: 100 consumers = 45 minutes
