  2. Ingrediens: 25 g onion smooth flour 10 g lard salt 100 g beef 1 clove of garlic marjoram bread milled black pepper caraway ground sweet paprika

Instructions: 1)Wash the meat. 2)Cut it into small cubes. 3)Add the lard snd fry it. 4)Add the chopped onion. 5)Stir in ground paprika and other spices. 6)Add some water to stew the meat. 7)Let it stew a few more minutes. 8)Pour some water once more. 9)Stew it till the meat is tender. 10)Then pour 250ml of water with flour. 11)Add skimmed garlic and marjoram. 12)Braise the meat till it´s soften completely. 13)Serve with bread.

  12. 9)Stew it till the meat is tender.

  13. 10)Then pour 250ml of water with flour.

  14. 11)Add skimmed garlic and marjoram.

  15. 12)Braise the meat softens completely.

  16. 13)Serve with bread.
