Enhancing Efficiency with Electronic Agenda Packets in City Clerk’s Office

The City Clerk's Office is implementing electronic agenda packets to enhance customer service for our citizens. This initiative allows the ability to save PDF documents directly to your local hard drive. Join us for the City Council meeting on May 3rd to explore this new system. Demonstrations will be held on April 29th at 1:00 p.m. via OKCWEB and at 4:00 p.m. on our website. The electronic packets will benefit the Mayor, City Council, and various departments, allowing them to print documents from their computers.

  4. Packets • Packets will be provide for: Mayor Council City Manager Assistant City Manager’s Municipal Counselor Public Work’s Director • Departments will be able to print documents from their own computer

  6. Internet • www.okc.gov • Click on “City Council Agenda” on left side of the main page

  7. Future Goals • Link Journal of Council Proceedings (signed documents) • Route documents electronically
