  5. Working Group Membership Representation • Working Group membership will be a maximum of 11 members. The group will be selected on three factors to achieve a balanced representation. • Church Group Role exhibited on left side • Language Representation • English • Russian, Slavonic, and English • Russian/Georgian • Work Group skills • commitment to being at the meetings • able to work in a virtual meeting environment • basic ability to work with computer applications, mainly word, excel, and power point • able to think long term, out of the box • able to see opposite perspectives • able to grasp the big picture • able to offer ideas and ask questions Church Group Role
