  9. Two hotel Guests and a receptionist

  10. Souvenir shops in a hotel

  11. How to serve your guests • Be polite to your guests • Maintain eye-contact when you talk with your guests and listen carefully • Greet your guests with a warm welcome • Apologise to them if you make a mistake

  12. Workplace English • Good afternoon. How may I help you? • Welcome to the hotel. • I’ll check it for you. • You’ve reserved a single room with a harbour view for two nights. Is that correct?
