  1. 列管公告場所室內空氣品質稽查作業程序 民眾陳情 1. 室內空氣品質維護管理專責人員證書及環保局核定函 (一0四年七月一日開始管制) 2. 室內空氣品質維護管理計畫 (一0五年一月一日開始管制) 3. 室內空氣品質定期檢驗測定及紀錄公布 (一0五年七月一日開始管制) 環保局衛生稽查大隊立案 4.符合室內空氣品質標準 (一0三年七月一日開始稽查) 現場二氧化碳巡檢(攜帶型直讀式儀器) 結案 巡檢結果 合格 不合格 啟動標準方法檢測 檢測結果 結案 合格 不合格 限期改善，以九十日為限，最長不超過六個月。 要求公告場所依環保署規定格式張貼室內空氣品質不合格標示。 1.依室內空氣品質管理法第十五條處新臺幣五千元以上二萬五千元以下罰鍰。 2.按次處罰。 未張貼標示者 改善期間檢具符合室內空氣品質標準證明文件報請查驗 合格 結案 查驗結果 不合格 1.依室內空氣品質管理法第十五條處新臺幣五萬元以上二十五萬元以下罰鍰。 2.按次處罰。
