  4. Transcription • Process where DNA makes RNA • Bases match up, adenine on DNA pairs with Uracil on RNA

  5. Translation • Process where RNA makes proteins • RNA is grouped by 3 bases: called a codon • 3 bases determine the amino acid made (use the codon table) • Amino acids link together to make proteins
