  5. What is Psycho Paint Psycho Paint is a Google Chrome App that allows you to take a regular picture, and change it into a work of art. There are several different paint brush options, along with effects, colours, and layering tools.

  6. Paint Brushes The paint brushes tool is what allows the app user to scroll over top of their original picture, and give it depth and texture. Different brushes create different outcomes such as a grainy or sand texture from the Sand Wind brush, or a scraping line from the Bazille brush.

  7. Effects and Layers The effects tool located at the bottom of the page allows the user to enhance or change the colours of the original picture. Effects gives the option of putting an effect on only the original picture, only the canvas, or on both. Layering means you can cut out parts of the picture and put it on top of another.

  8. My Rating I would rate this app as 8/10 for several reasons. Psycho Paint is incredibly easy to set up and download images onto. The program is fast and very enjoyable to use. There are many different editing options that give the image an original look that you cannot get in other applications. One flaw I found while using Psycho Paint was the fact that there were no clearly labeled instructions. Though, I could figure out how it worked through simply playing around with the different tools.
