  1. HOW TO DO RPA TESTING? Step 1 – Identification This step involves the identification of processes that need to be automated. The project teams are set up, project timelines and approaches are finalized. Step 2 – Design Flowchart is created to understand the flow of the process. Once the flowchart is prepared to team decide the RPA tool to automate the process Step 3 – Development The subject matter expert creates scripts/bots to automate the tasks by leveraging tools along with a reference from PDD. Step 4 – Testing Once the development part is complete, the test is executed by the testing team, which includes RPA testers, QA testers, etc. Step 5 – Track and manage defects Though RPA tools are very effective in finding defects, the key to successful management of defects is to focus on details.
