  1. General Information Dues are $ 250.00 for the first year, much less than comparable facilities offered elsewhere. Dues are set each year (Currently $300) and are due on May 15th. Memberships are available subject to approval of application and recommendation of 3 members. (Application on reverse side). Membership requires stock purchase of $187.50 plus a $25.00 administrative fee. Stock may be sold or transferred to a new homeowner subject to club bylaws. The Club is located at 113 Woodgate Drive in the center of Crossgates. Memberships are currently available; however, memberships are closed when the membership level reaches a pre-established limit (currently 350 families). Box 787 Brandon, MS 39043-0787 or call 825-SWIM (825-7946) Special Events Summer parties held with food, entertainment, etc. Swimming Competitive swim team for youth. 25 Yard, six lane pool, diving well, and kiddie pool. Large pool deck area easily accom-modates 100 or more sunbathers. Pavilion offers shade and additional seating. Largest non-profit club in Rankin County. Pool Hours 10:30 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. Tuesday - Saturday 1:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. Sunday Closed Monday Pool is open Memorial Day through Labor Day. Swimming lessons offered annually. Lifesaving offered annually. No daily pool fee for members. Guests/ prospective members welcome for a nominal fee. Tennis Four well lighted courts. Layco surface. Tennis lessons available. We currently have a limited number of memberships available, which will be filled on a first come, first serve basis subject to Board approval of your application. As you will see in this brochure, our facilities include a kiddie pool, an Olympic size swimming pool, and four well lighted Layco tennis courts. Activities include a very active swim team, tennis leagues, lifesaving, etc. We are very proud of our complex and welcome the opportunity to show it off.
