2. Fin del mundo – End of world • Los eventos finales: Cristo vuelve, resurrección de todos, vivos transformados, tierra quemada, juicio final. • Final events: Christ returns, resur-rection of all, living transformed, earth burned, final judgment.

3. Mat. 24 • Mt 24:6,14, No el fin del mundo, sino el fin de Jerusalén. • Not the end of the world, but the end of Jerusalem.

4. Señales - Signs • Mat. 24:6-14,22, Señales – lo que iba a suceder poco antes de la destrucción de Jerusalén. • Signs – events that would occur just before the destruction of Jerusalem.

5. Gran tribulación Great tribulation • Mat. 24:15-22, “Gran tribulación” en Jerusalén, año 70 d. de J.C., destruida por los romanos. • “Great tribulation” in Jerusalem, A. D. 70., destroyed by Romans.

6. ¿Cuándo? -- When? • Mat. 24:34, “no pasará esta generación hasta que todo esto acontezca”. • “this generation will not pass away till all these things are fulfilled.”

7. 1 Cor. 15:24 • “Luego el fin (del mundo) cuando (no establezca) sino que entregue el reino al Padre”. No orar “venga tu reino”. • “Then comes the end (of the world) when He delivers the kingdom to the Father” (not establish it). Not pray: “Thy kingdom come.”

8. Cristo volverá Christ will return • Jn. 14:3 – “vendré otra vez, y os tomaré a mí mismo, para que donde yo estoy, vootros también estéis”. • “I will come again and receive you unto Myself; that where I am, there you may be also.”

9. Manifestación gloriosa Glorious appearing • Tito 2:13, “manifestación gloriosa de nuestro gran Dios .. Jesucristo” • Titus 2:13, “glorious appearing of our great God .. Jesus Christ.” • Heb. 9:28, “aparecerá por segunda vez”. • “He will appear a second time.”

10. No en secreto – Not in secret • Hech 1:11, “así vendrá como le habéis visto ir al cielo”. • Acts 1:11, “will so come in like man-ner as you saw Him go into heaven.” • Apoc. 1:7, “todo ojo le verá”. • Rev. 1:7, “every eye will see Him.”

11. Resurrección- Resurrection • Jn. 5:28, 29, “vendrá hora cuando todos … saldrán a resurrección”. • “the hour is coming in which all …will come forth.”

12. 1 Cor. 15:50-55 • 1 Cor. 15:52, “en un momento …a la final trompeta (como 1 Tes. 4:16) muertos serán resucitados incorruptibles”. • “in a moment …at the last trumpet (same as 1 Thes. 4:16), muertos raised incorruptible.”

13. Vivos transformadosLiving transformed • 1 Cor. 15:52 “y nosotros -- los vivos -- seremos transformados”. • “and we – the living – shall be changed”.

14. Como Cristo – Like Christ • Fil. 3:21, “transformará el cuerpo de la humillación nuestra .. para que sea semejante al cuerpo de la gloria suya” • Phil. 3:21, “who will transform our lowly body, that it may be conformed to His glorious body.”

15. No habrá rapto secreto (No secret rapture) • 1 Tes 4:17, “los que vivimos .. sere-mos arrebatados … así estaremos (no por siete años sino) siempre con el Señor”. • 1 Thes. 4:17, “we who are alive shall be caught up..and thus we shall always be with the Lord” (not just for seven years).

Tierra quemada- Earth burned • No será restaurada para ser paraíso (Will not be restored to be a paradise) • 2 Ped. 3:10, literal - diluvio (flood) v.6 • Concepto “Tierra renovada” coincide con reino terrenal como el de David. (Idea of “Renovated earth” coincides with earthly kingdom like David’s). • Jn. 18:36, “reino no de este mundo” (“my kingdom not of this world”)

Juicio Final – Final Judgment • Mat. 25:31, “se sentará en su trono” (“He will sit on His throne” to judge) • “apartará, a su derecha.. izquierda” (“will separate, right hand, left hand”) • “venid a mí … apartaos de mí” (“come to me … depart from me”) • “irán al castigo eterno; vida eterna” (“everlasting punishment; eternal life”)

21. 2 Cor. 5:10 • Todos ante el tribunal de Cristo (all before judgment seat of Christ) • Cada uno reciba según los hechos (Each receives according to deeds) • Gál. 6:7, Segar lo que se sembró (Reap what was sown).

22. Cielo - Heaven • Jn. 14:2 “voy a preparar lugar” (“I go to prepare a place for you”) • Ciudad de oro, piedras preciosas (City of gold, precious stones) • Paraíso, hermoso parque, reposo (Paradise, beautiful park, rest) • Reunión de todos los salvos (Reunion of all the saved)

Infierno - Hell • Mat. 5:22, “infierno de fuego” v. 30 (“hell fire”, v. 30) • Mat. 10:28, “alma, cuerpo en infierno” (“soul and body in hell”). • Mat. 13:42, “horno de fuego; allí será el lloro y el crujir de dientes”. Preparar - Prepare • Cristo volverá como ladrón, sin aviso (Christ will return as a thief, no notice) • No señales, no rapto, no purgatorio (No signs, no rapture, no purgatory) • Muertos resucitados,vivos cambiados (dead raised, living changed). • Juicio final – Final judgment • Cielo o infierno – Heaven or Hell
