  1. Image/Moment Freewrite Has there been a time when you have noticed something as if seeing it for the first time? Maybe you noticed something was more beautiful, or more ugly, or that someone was nicer or meaner, than you thought before. Maybe there was a time you finally “got” something that you had been trying to understand for a long time. Maybe a memory resurfaced and it helped you view something differently. Write continuously about this time until I tell you to stop. Describe it, include details, and explain how it affected you. If you truly have never experienced any of these, write about how your perception of the world around you may be affecting your life, for better or for worse.
