  1. www.Medicina-Fetal.net Assessment of fetal biometry in a common electronic spread sheet Telles, J A B* *Specialist in Fetal Medicine - Brazil Introduction: The assessment of fetal biometry, especially for professional who are doing the Fetal Morphologic Study (at IIº trimester), involves a series of measures and correlation with obstetrics tables of reference values. In a general way, the ultrasonographers use the machines softwares that many times bring not satisfactory dates and reports, having to take in account that some older machines do not make use of this resource. Objective: The main was to create a satisfactory solution for a fast correlation of measures and obstetric tables and automatic calculations of fetal length and weight. Methods: It was research the mathematical equations used to make obstetrics tables for biparietal diameter, cephalic circumference abdominal circumference, femur length, humerus length, foot length, tibia length, interorbital distance and transverse cerebellar diameter. The mathematic equations had been insert in an common electronic spread sheet, so when a measure is typing, automatically is print the mean gestational age, the fetal length and weight  are calculated. The results can also be print as a report. Conclusions: This work has the purpose to facilitate the work of the ultrasonographer and try reducing the dependence to machine softwares and printed obstetric tables.
