Terms of Reference - DRAFT The Clinical Quality Panel: Will develop, review and revise clinical quality indicators, advise HAAD on dissemination of indicator information and support education around the indicators. Is comprised of at least two non-Seha Provider representatives, two Seha Provider representatives, one Payer representative and one HAAD Public Health representative and is chaired by a HAAD Strategy representative. Is advised by the Chair of the Clinical Coding Steering Committee and Clinical experts as required. Is considered quorate if at least one non-Seha Provider representative, one Seha Provider representative and one Payer representative attend in addition to the Chair. Takes decisions if at least one non-Seha Provider representative, one Seha Provider representative and one Payer representative agree. Meets monthly Publishes its minutes.
