Timetable • 9 October: appoint contractor • 23 October-14 May: moves, refurbishment, building works, phased closures in reading rooms • 1-16 December: closed to public • 17 December – early March: reduced capacity in Document reading room • week beginning 21 January: some days closed to public • 15 March: closure of FRC • 25 March: full FRC service available at Kew
