  11. USITS Update • There have been 3,685 USITS issues opened since USITS began • During 2009: 595 issues were opened and 627 were closed. Of the 627 which were closed, 68 were addressed by Change Management • Currently there are only 147 USITS open. • 44 issues are with the RCRAInfo Team • 63 are with Change Management • 40 are in V5 (11 from CMP and 29 others) which will be closed once V5 is moved into production

  12. USITS Update (cont.) Some pointers for users entering USITS issue. Make sure you provide the following in your USITS issue and be specific: • URL for the screen you were on (url found In your browser) • EPA ID you were using • Exactly what you were doing (step-by-step) • Exactly what happened • What is the exact error message

  13. Change Management Module • Obtain information about the Change Management Process and view documentation • Find documents which were sent for National Review • Browse issues which were referred to Change Management and check their status and progress.

Future • User community review of the revised Change Management Process document will begin shortly after the conference • As the Change Management Expert Groups continue reviewing issues, expect to receive emails asking for your review and comment on issue • It is critical that you are involved in this process and provide your feedback to the expert group. Remember RCRAInfo is your system! • The RCRAInfo Team will be working on the 44 outstanding USITS issues which have not been assigned to Change Management
