Reglas de Compra Venta Con el fin de evitar diferencias de interpretación, pleitos y litigios, así como de minimizar pérdida de dinero y tiempo, la Cámara Internacional de Comercio (CIC) recopila desde 1936, hasta su última versión en 2000 las reglas internacionales uniformes de comercio internacional, INCOTERMS.

Reglas de Compra Venta Con los INCOTERMS, las empresas tienen certidumbre en la interpretación de los términos negociados entre comprador y vendedor, esto es, se determinan las obligaciones de cada uno de ellos en el proceso de exportación y/o importación, el tipo de transporte que se utilizará y al lugar donde se entrega la mercancía. • Transferencia de riesgos • Costos • Documentación, trámites y gestión • ante autoridades gubernamentales • y agentes privados.
