  7. Compressed Gas • These gasses are stored under pressure. If they are heated or dropped, they might explode.

  8. Oxidizing • These materials increase the risk of fire if they come in contact with flammable or combustible materials

  9. Flammable • These solids, liquids, and gases can catch fire from a spark or flame

  10. Poisonous • These materials can kill or seriously hurt when a person is exposed to even small amounts.

  11. Toxic • These materials can cause life-threatening long-term health problems or less severe but immediate reactions when a person is repeatedly exposed to small amounts.

  12. Biohazardous • These materials contain harmful micro-organisms and can make you sick

  13. Corrosive • These materials can destroy the skin or eat through metals

  14. Dangerously Reactive • These products may explode when exposed to physical shock or heat, or might release toxic gases when exposed to water.
