Forge Wood Fired Pizza was established in Castlegregory, Co. Kerry, in 2019 in the garden of Gregory’s Garden Restaurant using a converted shipping container. They named the pizzas after the surf spots on Brandon Bay. After a great first season, they moved to Churchtown Stores in Dublin for the winter. They headed back to Kerry for the following summer season, and then for the winter, they came back to Dublin again to their current location in Windy Arbour.
