  2. 8/24/2020 Souvenir - Switzerland Weddingplanner How We Work During our ?rst, non-binding meeting, we talk about your plans, share some ideas and decide what kind of wedding planning services you need. We then also start making a mood-board to visualize your big day. This meeting is either in person or online, whatever works best for you! Then we will send you our quote which we can discuss by phone in case you would like to change some things. We will then draft a contract and the wedding planning starts!  Depending on the wedding planning service you have chosen, we will look for a suitable venue and any kind of vendor for your wedding, always keeping in mind your budget. We will be in constant communication through text, calls, e-mails etc, and we will plan regular meetings to go through the whole planning together while enjoying a nice cup of co?ee and some cake!
